Course Duration might increase depending on the students’ performance.
The course fee once paid will NOT be refunded or transferable to other parties after 14 days.
Classes will be held as per the time table furnished by the management.
The management reserves the right to amend the published time table any time before after the commencement of a course.
Extra classes maybe held on mercantile holidays.
Students are expected to attend regularly & sign attendance
Students should maintain utmost discipline
Complaints can be mailed to [email protected] with the subject title “Complaint – Mention your complaint” and students can request for the complaints policy via e-mail.
All data gathered will be kept confidential under data protection laws. It will only be shared with D HELP HUB PVT LTD holding companies only.
For Online students – The course enrolled for is valid only for the period for which you have enrolled. You will need a desktop computer or a laptop with at-least 4GB Ram, 100GB Free hard disk space, Windows 10 or Windows 11 join the classes, except for a web browser and we recommend Google Chrome. Students should have access to a 4G data connection with 2mbps speed. Students should not share their login details, or any other content given by Saint Joseph Institute of Information Technology
You will not be able to take any codes done in USB , External HDDs or any electronic device etc.
Scholarship :
Full or part scholarship will be granted on approval of the management of SJIIT, for low-income group families.
Scholarship will be granted only for Physical classes. ( No Scholarships for hybrid & Online Classes. )
Scholarship are given for Diploma in Software Engineering Course only
Job Opportunities :
The best performing students will be able to work at D HELP HUB Private Limited as Trainee software Engineer or Intern.( Students will be selected by the Management of D HELP HUB Private Limited. )
We highly recommend students to attend at least 4 Hours practical class ( one day ) per week in our institute @ Moratuwa and other practical work can be cover from home.
Also we recommend you to bring your laptop so that you can take the coursework ( ERR diagrams, Sample Codes etc. ) done for your future reference.
If you are using the institute computers, you will not be able to take any codes done in USB , External HDDs or any electronic device etc…

A Good Internet connection with at-least 1Mbps. About 5GB to 10GB per month.
